Dave, Ronn is pretty spot-on as Bob McConnell has not had new fender dies made. At his age, the ROI is just not there.

As far as the areas that do not fit, mostly around the body apron attachment area. Also, while not a fitment issue, there is also an issue around the wire-edged detail portion where the edges are not vertical original. Somewhere out in cyberland is a couple of write-ups where I show how to make appropriate modifications to make them serviceable. For someone who is decent at fabrication and welding, these repro fenders can be made to work well. Just don't expect to have them bolt-on right out of the box.
