Even if you reamed the holes in the shoes, you would then have to ream the rollers and adjuster holes too. I think the rollers are hardened. If you could not fine the oversized pins, you would have to make your own (they may be hardened too?) and because of the head on the pin that holds the rollers is what rolls on the track.
By the way my OP is, that amount of wear is hardly anything. My check it to use a new pin to see how it fits, if not overly sloppy I use them.
