I just used Julionas seat belts on my 40MERC. . Great people to deal with. @point mounts. no bolt covers. we removed the front seats and drilled holes in the aft of the floor pan, so the belts ran inside the seat side braces. Locations are pretty obvious. Il measure roughly if you need it. My seats are back in place.
