All, thank you for the warm welcome! I'm encouraged by all the positive encouragement. Makes one feel at home. I've already spent quite a few hours going through old threads and getting the feel of the forum. It looks like a very active forum.
I am in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. (Lots of bumper stickers around here with the letters "LSD", which means Lower, Slower, Delaware). Lol. It would be cool if there are any local Barners in the general area.
The rear fenders are so-so, I really haven't taken a good look at them yet. I'll definitely be looking into the light and dash wiring harness replacements as well as checking the brakes, steering, etc for roadworthiness.
Tomorrow (Sunday) my goal is to look into the ignition system and determine why I'm not getting any spark to the plugs. I will definitely start a new thread for that issue.
