I think it's an accumulation from over several years. At one point, I saw the round, flat-top coils, which I think are '36, while some examples of the assembled engines are 21 stud, while others are 24 stud.
Still an interesting video, though. While I saw a bunch of fasteners tightened manually, I didn't see a torque wrench even once. With the repetitions those workers went through, I'll bet they wouldn't need them.
