I thought the whole thing was well presented and well put together. It's nice to see spotless parts going in in spotless conditions. With the cost of these parts these are big boys toys, especially factoring in shop time in such a place. I might have done some things a little different, but No, on reflection I'd say a job well done. I wouldn't mind running that lump.
Very surprised to see it hanging off the bellhousing I would have thought anyone who knows a thing or two about flatheads would know it isn't an old wives tale that they can and will break. I think his very substantial brackets on the engine stand head may be working in his favour.
I only tend to work on flatheads so everything he was pointing out as unusual was just normal fodder to me.
