I agree the numbers are a stretch for sure. Also look at the way the engine stand head is bolted to the engine,that's a little different.His statement about oil flow is also incorrect but that has nothing to do with hp. The video itself is ok. But lots left out.No valve info for installed heights or spring pressures.They should have a copy of JWL's book "LOL" They made it look plug and play.Machining stock chevy retainers is a chore in itself.
