Yep, that be some big numbers for a 3/4 right there.
Those numbers usually would dictate a "full race" in most cam catalogs, but compare that to an Isky full race, the 88. Your "3/4" makes that "full race" 88, seam fairly tame.
What grind is your cam, just out of interest?
