Not an actual grind persay, a term used to describe a type of grind, if you catch my drift. Stock then mild or 1/2 (race), then 3/4 (race) then full race then you just keep bunging "super" on the end. Super race, super super race and so on.
One companies 3/4 often differs substantially from another. Same with all types.
In essence the terms like 3/4 and full don't meen Jack. Hence an earlier poster asking what 3/4 cam.
