Do you have any idea what the difference is between a T56 and TKO 600? Do you know just how big a T56 really is? They're YUGE! Why would you think you want a T56? Which T56.....there are TWO basic transmissions...a Close-ratio with a 2.66 1st gear, and a wide ratio w/a 2.97 1st gear. T56s have TWO overdrive gears....the TKO 600 is a 5-speed (ONE OD gear). Sounds like you might just be throwing-around some numbers you heard 2nd-hand from your mailman's brother-in-law. You've hinted that money is a prime consideration. Do you know that a measly TKO starts at about $2,600-ish retail? T56s start at WAY north of $3 Grand. Nothing wrong with dreaming, but not knowing about the real world can become very expensive....quickly! DD
