Brazenly intrusive and presumptuous.
I have 3 times being asked or invited to join “LinkedIn”. The last by a person I don’t know or even know of. Each time I have unsubscribed (I’ve never ever subscribed) and now I am notified of my account number and details. I haven’t logged in to see what details they have and don’t intend to. It might encourage them.
I once read an article in a reputable magazine of an artist who is a dear friend of mine. It asked for comments so I started to write then became aware it was Facebook. I quit that very moment. Now I get emails from them and they too say I have an account.
These social media operators are brazenly intrusive and presumptuous. They should rename themselves “Locked in” and “In Your Facebook”.
How does one rid themselves of these pesky people?
