I once sold a revolver on a firearms auction site. Later a man contacted me who had paid for the same revolver but never received it. It turned out the scammer had taken the pictures and description from my auction posting and used them to make an ad on a different web site. After not receiving the revolver, the mark did a reverse image search and found my auction. Unfortunately, not after he had sent $600.00 to the scammer.
