I ordered a new rubber seal for my window stanchions from Mike's and Snyders. They did not fit in the grove. They were too small. I called Mike's and they said they get theirs from Snyders. They said they would call Snyders and find out what is happening. Mean while I called Snyders and their attitude was "well if it is too small use contact glue to make them stay in place". The guys attitude was as if he could care less. At least Mike's was willing to try a d find out the problem and get it fixed. Another guy on the VFF site said he had the same problem. It would be nice if we could find a rubber seal that would fit our original stanchions. I even asked the guy at Snyders if maybe they were for newer stanchions and not the originals. He said he did not know. Not happy.
