UPDATE: He put it all together and the only issues that he can live with are: Pedals seem shifted a bit inboard and there is not enough pedal shaft length to space them out. Gear shift lever hits his temp gage at the end of its travel. He may move his gage or bend the lever. He is happy with the engine power and everything else. By chance does he have Float-a-motor mounts. If he has one side tighter than the other or missing rubber or installed in the incorrect place it will cause the engine to be not perpendicular to the frame. It would not take much of a lean to move everything. This would cause the pedals to not line up with the holes in the floor and the shifter to swing over to the right.
