Appears to be NOS or rechromed 1950 Lincoln front bumper center impact bar. Part # OL-17752. Bright and shiny chrome but shows some minor chrome deterioration, scuffs, scratches. Might could be buffed out. Excellent overall condition. Wouldn't hesitate to put on my car as is.
