Alisad;

A view of the front of the engine would help.
Is there a small tin can thingy with slot in the back attached to the
right front corner of the oil pan? --road draft vent - first on 1935.
Wire brush on left front machined block surface beside intake manifold
look for stamped " LB '-- means insert main bearings--not poured.
Only way to really know if LB engine is to pill pan and look.
Part # 68 is 1936 --6505 ? couldn't figure -oil pump?
Fun to id the engine, but messy and a challenge
some of us like. Value ? depends.

Fun old Fords!
Thanks!
