What you have there isa 32 series BA Confederate fairly early Standard coupe. Later in 32 they offered side mounts and dual horns. It appears to be missing the horn(s) and front bumper. I would place the value less than 10 grand. NADA low retail is $8,000 medium retail $14,050. Repop parts are few and far between for early stovebolts.
