I am steadily working my way through the list of things that need attention on my new to me '30 coupe.

This weeks project was to rebuild the inoperative Trico wiper motor (successful). I also replaced the rubber vacuum hose that runs along the top of the windshield frame. The previous owner used hose that was too large and attached it with incorrect fasteners. He used #14 ×1" pan head screws which do not allow the window to close completely.

I have searched and cannot find out what the correct fasteners, clamps, and positions are to mount this hose. Can someone post a picture or explain the correct way to mount this hose. BTW, these large pan head screws are installed all across the header. I assume they should all be the same just some with mounting clamps for the hose?
