Venmo,,,I've never Heard of it, NO pun intended.
It does sound as if it should only be used, to transfer money,
strictly between friends that trust each other, correct ?
I still like to talk to people, that I don't know, over a phone
call to them, before I send them any money...
I hope you can get your money back Rock. Getting your
money stole by scammers, or anyone, definitely sucks.
