WE over on the V8 side know who you are. You will be SOOOOO much happier with the T5, especially if you end-up going with one of the close ratio gearsets like the early Camaro and Mustang NWC 2.95 1st gear. Throw an S-10 tail shaft housing on it and GO! As light as that car will be, plus the option of fine-tuning the rear gear with a quickie, it'll be the nuts! Don't let that NWC (Non World Class) BS scare you off. The only differences are bearing design and synchronizer materials. I favor the NWC boxes myself.
