I think it best works in the Chrome browser.
"Use hardware acceleration when available" had been disabled in Settings. <click><RELAUNCH>
1) go up to the top right corner of your Chrome browser, click on the three dots and select settings.
2) Scroll to the bottom of settings and select advanced.
3) Scroll to the bottom again under system and turn on "use hardware acceleration when available"
