My dad bought and gifted me with my 28 Special coupe, in '88, so 26 years for that one. At the same time he bought my brother a 31 pickup. I now have both cars, having purchased the pickup from my brother two years ago. One day, hopefully not too soon, I'll have our my dad's 28 PU, which he got for painting a house in 1959 or so.
This thread has made me think about how long I've owned (and been driving) my coupe, yet how much work still needs to be done on it, and how much I still don't know. Hmm.
