I've got a straight pipe - no baffles - on my speedster and while it sounds awesome when you are starting out, the noise seems to die down at road speed. Maybe I'm going faster than the sound's ability to keep up, but I doubt it... That's probably not the answer you were looking for, but it's my two cents worth.
