it also bolts into the side of the box. This is what you are looking for. This is only the rim mounting part.
The two small holes are for the cap bracket. The center hole is for the long bolt that goes into the box, and the lower hole is where it mounts to the vertical bracket the goes down into the running board.
A quick google search shows that there are some for sale.
