Should be the switch on the dash board where the key fit in. The handle is for lights and key for ignition. But without being able to see what's there just a guess based 1922 year. I would get any title issues taken care of before dropping a lot more money into it. The bidding on that 4 door is ball park maybe even high for what current market price is.
