I did a fare bit of research and most I read said CRC “Ozzy Juice”, it water based cleaner, I got some for my parts washer and over the span of about 3 or 4 months it’s lifted the paint off my parts washer AND because it's water based (IF you dilute it) the humidity causes sweating and thus rusting of whatever is not submerged. It works pretty good for a water based cleaner but none seem to work like the old petroleum based cleaners. That’s my $ .02 worth
