I know that the hand throttle is used to start your model A. My question is when you move the hand throttle down, should their be any resistance or should you be able to move it freely downward. It feels as though when I move mine down a couple of notches to start, I feel resistance like it is pulling back up. As you know, I am a newbie and trying to learn the starting process. I have been away visiting my daughter and her family and have just returned home. I am trying to get caught up on yard work and stuff and hope to get to the new model A tomorrow or shortly after. I'm sure I will be asking more questions as I tinker with my new car. Thanks for all the help. Ports
