I removed the flywheel again and examined the back side more closely. The bolt holes edges felt like they were higher than the surface so I deburred them. Also cleaned crank and flywheel with a surface conditioning disc. Put the FW back on 180* from before. Checked runout and it was .004. Looks like things are good now.
Yes, George/Maine, looks the same minus the rust/oil.
