Hi Norway! The engine should be started on Mineral oil and run for a few hours. The oil should then be changed to a normal 10/40 or 10/30. The engine should be accelerated a few times. I don't believe in idling too long .Once it's hot, Retorque the head. We use 55lbs here. I do not know how much that is with the metric system (About 25 Kilos?) when it cools down, retorque it again.
