I agree you are showing two different products. The aluminum channel in your 2nd one down or top row to the right takes a rubber gasket in the middle. This is used to finish the top going over the tack strip.

On my 35 I used a plastic mold I pour into the channel for the "Tack strip" My intentions were to use nails in it but after messing with it for awhile I went ahead and used small screws which actually went all the way through the metal. There may be better ways of doing this. But you need to put something to fill in the height.
