While I've heard good things about Dynamat it is very expensive. I went with a foil faced jute product sold by J. C. Whitney and put it in my 45 pickup and boy did it make a difference. I bought a 4' x 24' roll and two cans of spray adhesive and it was enough to do the whole cab including the doors of my truck. Cost was less than $80.00 delivered.
