37coop. The vinyl package tray vinyl material that LBB has in their kit is INCORRECT. What you see in that photo is the LBB vinyl. I found out it was incorrect years later. My original package tray material was the same as the headliner when I bought the car (used) in 1963. I don't think vinyl cloth was invented before 1940, but oil cloth probably was.This package try question was discussed last year on Fordbarn with "Kube" giving the correct info. He is an expert on restoring 40 Fords and is writing a much needed restoration book.
READ VERY CAREFULLY all the postings in the following 2 page thread.
https://fordbarn.com/forum/showthread...d+package+tray In this thread "KUBE" tells what he uses to cover the package tray. I do not know where he gets the material (cardboard?) that he uses. If I ever recover it I will use headliner material, just because I got some extra from LBB back in 1978.
