In my continuing journey, (
to return the Zephyr to the place she was before portions of the fuel delivery system malfunctioned), the serendipitous event that revealed the
"loose" carb mounting stud

, has proven to be fortuitous. My
"quick fix" was to apply Loc-tite to the stud and reinstall it.

I let it set-up overnight and put the carb back on this morning. I fired her up and, thankfully, everything appears to be functioning as it should.

We are experiencing more liquid sunshine today so... I'll have to hold off taking a
"test drive" until later today or tomorrow... But for now, the Zephyr is back... Now on to the '39 CS...
