Dr Marcello Kaplan, was the guy in Argentina, who found the cars and organised them for shipment. My RHD Victoria and a 1930 180A came to New Zealand via him. Him and His U.S. counterpart (Sam Sherman?) advertised regulary in Hemmings in the 70s.
