I have used the points from Napa made in the USA for several years now, no problems, I would much rather pay $16 for the ones made in the US then a few $ for the ones made in China that just last a short time.
I also own a 1972 VW bug, just a few years ago you could buy bosch [sp] spark plugs made in Germany, I bought a set of plugs for it last week end and they were made in Russia [now that's a new one]
.... But I'll have to say, they work just fine.
But I hope you are right FORD3, made in the USA.
