it's like this Body wood $1600, top wood $985, sills and subrails, $795. Door wood, $1215, F. Seat assy $52-72, F. backrest $72, R. seat $52 R backrest $52.


I just spent $60.00 alone for the proper hardwood for just the rear belt line for my sons car. Still have to glue it up to thickness, rent a planer to get the thickness right and a router for the fitment details. and that is only about 1/30 th of the wood needed.

There is a difference between doing it and doing it right. One can always get scrap wood lying around for free. Reread Brent's posts about costs and time involved with the wood.
