$5,000 for wood? $2,500 for an interior? i know trees are rare but didn't think they were that rare. Do you shop at the wrong places? So i bought some wood (not just treated pine! better wood) and a $20 jigsaw plus 15 blades & about $20 worth of sandpaper... Pretty sure $5,000 for wood is a ripoff. i know you would probably use a fair bit but $5,000 worth? more like $500
