the shackel that is worn will have to be removed. It is a steel jacket on the outside with a rubber type material next and a steel pin in the center. The diameter of the hole in the housing is 0.75" and the outside diameter of the shackel is 0.753" the shackel is a press fit into the housing. best to remove the center pin then try to get the steel jacket out. this is not an easy job. then you can replace the shackel or use the rubber bushings
