I won't take time to research what all the vendors have, but Bruce McCalley's Model T Encyclopedia on disk has the complete owner's manuals for 1909, 1909-1910, 1911 early, 1911 late, 1912, 1913, 1914, 1915-1916, 1917, 1918, 1919, 1920, 1921, 1922, 1924, 1926, & 1927. From this I would guess that the 1922 manual was continued for 1923, and that the 1924 manual was continued for 1925. Somebody who knows better can correct that if I'm wrong.

As I said, I have no idea what's being reprinted, but the manuals included with the encyclopedia are good quality PDF's you can print out. So much information is included in the encyclopedia package that it's on two disks. For anybody with a Model T interest, it's fifty bucks well spent. The info on it is here:
