My dad was born in 1918 and this pic was taken before 1941. Had to be between 1938 and 40. Notice how the tail pipes were hung from the rear bumper on his 32 3 window. That is period correct.
And where you going to get duds like my dad was wearing. Notice the Road Rebel plate on the back. A Los Angelos club.
