Jeff, when I get back over to the shop where the Lincoln is, first thing is to remove all the "garbage", check all the grounds and continuity and put in a good 6 volt battery. After we get her to crank and fire, we'll find out what else needs TLC, I'm sure the gas tank, fuel pump, carb, etc. will all have to be tended to, to some degree. While I was in the car I noticed that the shifter was very stiff... a quick look at the linkage at the firewall revealed a dry Zert fitting so you know the bushing is dry... little things like that... it just needs to be gone through and I'll bet she'll be a fine driver. I'm looking forward to getting her out on the road...
