Yes, 1930 passenger models had running boards formed integral with the main body of the running board shield until late September 1930. These have never been reproduced. Replacements made of two pieces are available. I hope they are better than the ones made 30 years ago as those were quite bad dimensionally.

The one in your photo appears very restorable. That would certainly be my choice.
