Has Ford announced any follow on to the Ranger? The small/medium Pickup market seems like a big hole to leave in Ford's product line. Toyota, GM, and Nissan seem to be making investments in the market, and the Hilux/Tacoma are used as a tradable asset in the third world (like cattle and sheep).
