What I remember is how nervous some of the old "Barners" were when Ryan took over the site. New guy, new software ... some guys thought we were circling the drain.
Ryan posted his PERSONAL cell phone number and invited those who were having a hard time sleeping
to call him.
Hard not to have confidence in a guy like that.
(On the other hand, some of us never had a doubt.)
