Joe, your huckster does look great.

Thank you for giving the type of finish you used. After a couple of years now, my huckster, made out of red oak, is starting to show some black spots in the oak wood. The fellow that made the body recommended using an Armstrong (I think that is it) type of flook finish to treat it once or so a year. Here in rainy old Oregon, that is something needed. But I may try your type of finish and see how it works. Maybe do a small spot at a time.

Thanks again for your posts. It is interesting to hear all the things you did to get your rig finished.
