Three Strikes and You're Out!

Hey ITSTOM, I thought you might be interested to know that your favorite store Lowe's screwed up my garage door order for the third time! As a result, I'm over using Lowe's for any special order item ever again. Now, after three months and three wrong door deliveries, I've got to start the process all over again.
