I use Rustoleum "Painters Touch" line. The can is black on the bottom, white in the middle and a blue stripe around the top. They claim 2X coverage. It covers well and dries very quickly.
I like the red oxide sandable primer and the semi gloss black but I think it comes in high gloss too.
I also like Eastwood Chassis Black. It is epoxy, needs no primer, dries to a semigloss and is tough. It's pretty pricey compared to Rustoleum
