Well the good news is I'm done and its back in the garage with no paint smell in the house. I let the paint dry a couple hours before I put it in the oven so that might have helped. I stuck it in for an hour at 440* and it looks nice!
I touched it with a brush and it seems the paint is completely cured and hard - looks like dull new cast iron. Glad it didn't stink up the house / oven or it might have gotten ugly!
Once it cools I'll bolt it to my freshly painted intake manifold.
