One one hand it looks like something grafted to the a tudor body.
You can see they kept the belt molding through to the doors. It looks like the beading over the rear fenders stops about at the top of the fender arch.
The confusing part is the door integration. The door has the flat belt molding, but clearly it uses the original hinges and door latch.
The stampings just look like later commercial and it appears the one rear window is partially rolled down. If that is the case it was intended for passenger service.
Hopefully someone on the board buys it and reports back
