thanks for the replies.

the pistons do have .060 stamped on the top of them. i'm going to try to track down a ridge reamer in my area.

how do i know if i should be replacing piston rings and/or bearings? i haven't been able to take a look at the crankshaft, rods, or pistons yet but what should i be looking for when i do?
